ABOUT ELAINE KARCHASKE, REALTOR-BROKER
Elaine is one of the area's leading Realtors with over 16 years experience, and has helped hundreds of people realize their dreams. She knows how to locate the best values when purchasing a home. As a listing agent, she is skilled in marketing with a record for quick sales even in a slow market. Her specialties are single-family residences and multi-family properties in the Dallas/Ft.Worth Metroplex. Elaine is an expert in the sales and marketing of exclusive homes, but loves to work with first-time home buyers, guiding them smoothly through the entire process. An added benefit is that she will be there for her clients long after the close.
Elaine first earned her Sales License in 1972 in Jacksonville, Florida. She subsequently earned her Florida Broker's License. In 1995 she earned a Bachelor's of Business Administration with an emphasis in real estate from UNT, Denton, TX. She earned a Texas Real Estate Sales License simultaneously, followed by her Texas Broker's License, while raising five children. Her children are grown now, and she enjoys contributing time to her community. Elaine is active in her church, and works with the Singles Group and Relief Society.

Born in Peru and raised for some time in Mexico, Lucy speaks Spanish comfortably and loves Latin people. Lucy has moved many times and understands the challenges of relocating individuals and families. Having been raised in a large family and enjoying her own 5 children, 2 in-laws and 1 precious grandchild, family is her greatest joy! Some of the things she loves are serving in her church, spending time with friends, reading, walking and riding her motorcycle.

Michele moved to Flower Mound in 2004. Originally from Utah, she has lived in several states and knows first hand the stress and anxiety a move can generate. With a BS degree from University of Utah in Early Childhood Education, her resume' includes teaching, curriculum development, and owner/director of a private pre-school.
